With over 34 years of experience in building industry, Keith Ma is a distinguished leader adept at managing various stages of large-scale projects, including railway infrastructure, high-rise office buildings, large-scale commercial complexes, hotels, entertainment facilities, residential, industrial, and institutional buildings across Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (1st Class Honours) from The University of Hong Kong. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng), with esteemed memberships in several professional institutions.

A dedicated member of Meinhardt China group, Keith is the Managing Director of the MEP arm and is instrumental in developing strategic plans and enhancing operational efficiencies within the company.

Keith has been a Committee Member of The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers – Hong Kong Region since 2017, and as Chairman for 2020-2021. He has been in the EMSD Technical Taskforce and the Working Group for the Implementation of Building Energy Codes since 2011. He is also a member of the EMSD Working Group/Advisory Panel on Best Practices for the Operation and Maintenance of E&M Assets since 2020. Keith represents the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Technical Committee on Plumbing (2022 – 2025)

Leveraging on his experience in the engineering profession, Keith has served as a mentor within the Mentorship Programme at The University of Hong Kong since 2012 and as Industrial Examiner for Integrated Building Project Development at City University of Hong Kong. He was appointed as a member of the Departmental Advisory Committee for Architecture and Civil Engineering at City University of Hong Kong.
