Meinhardt provided Preliminary Design, Detailed Design and Construction Drawings services.

Meinhardt awarded 3 deign packages. They included the detail design and construction support of package 1, preliminary design, detail design and construction support of package 2 and package 5. The three packages include tunnels:

Package 1- 3 nos. of tunnels (total about 1.27km)
Package 2- 3 nos. of tunnels (total about 5km)
Package 3- 19 nos. of tunnels (total about 21km)

All the tunnels are the mountainous type, with length varies from several hundred meters to 3km. The tunneling method is mainly drill and blast method.
