Meinhardt commenced to provide engineering services to projects in Shenzhen and the Guangzhou Region in the early 80’s; involved with projects such as Bank of China Shenzhen Headquarters Building, Shenzhen Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou WahMou Hotel / Services Apartment etc.

Meinhardt Shenzhen was established in 2000 as a Representative Office and in 2001 as a wholly-owned foreign enterprise (WOFE). Ms. Leah Pang, Managing Director leads the operations and expands Shenzhen office market to cover both buildings and large scale infrastructural projects in Mainland China: providing comprehensive engineering consultancy services to clients. Shenzhen office now employs over 200 permanent staff.
